1. Returns

• You may return items within 14 days of receipt, in unused condition and original packaging.
• Customized, engraved, or special-order jewelry cannot be returned unless faulty.
• To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

If you need a size adjustment or received a defective product, we offer an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Contact us before shipping the item back.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging.
